Solvé.AI exists because growth should not require one person to become the memory, follow-up system, help desk, project manager, and safety net for an entire company.
The business can become more capable without becoming less human.
Many growing businesses do not have a motivation problem. They have a capacity problem. The demand is real. The opportunity is real. But the work still moves through manual follow-up, scattered systems, and people who are already carrying more than their role should require.
Solvé was created to change that operating reality. The company designs AI employees, automations, and connected growth systems around the work a business has outgrown — so important responsibilities can keep moving without everything returning to a human desk.
Technology should carry work. It should not create more work to manage.
Mellanie T. Grier founded Solvé.AI at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, publishing, family, and the lived reality of building while carrying.
Her background in information technology and project work taught her how systems are supposed to behave. Her life as an entrepreneur, author, publisher, and mother taught her what happens when those systems do not exist — and the person with the vision becomes the infrastructure.
As Mellanie began building AI agents and applications inside her own work, the possibility became practical: intelligent systems could do more than save a few clicks. Designed well, they could carry defined responsibility, protect attention, and give a business room to become larger than one person’s capacity.
Solvé grew from that conviction. Today, the company’s work is guided by a simple question: What could this business become if its people were no longer buried beneath work that a well-designed system could responsibly carry?
Solvé carries a particular affinity for women building ambitious businesses while also carrying families, communities, and the invisible work that rarely appears on an org chart.
That understanding shapes the company’s care, urgency, and belief in capacity. It does not limit the company’s reach. Solvé serves founders and teams of every kind who want to build intelligently, protect what only people can do, and stop treating exhaustion as the price of growth.
The business problem comes before the technology.
Every AI employee needs a defined role, boundary, and accountable human owner.
Relationships, leadership, care, and consequential decisions remain human work.
A system should reduce fragmentation, not add another disconnected layer.
The goal is not more activity. The goal is a stronger business with room to move.
To build AI employees and connected systems that help growing businesses carry more opportunity with less operational strain.
A future where women in business can scale their impact without becoming the bottleneck, the backup plan, or the system itself.
The next chapter of the business should not depend on how much more one person can hold.
